Free Hulu offer problem
Hi All, I’m hoping someone can help me figure out how to fix this. I had the free Hulu (with ads) offer working just fine. We used it for a few months, and then the Olympics started. So I upgraded my hulu subscription (from within the Hulu website) to Live so we could watch the Olympics that month. Then I went back into the Hulu subscription section of the Hulu website and downgraded back to the $7.99/month Hulu (with ads). I noticed that Hulu was going to charge my card $7.99 a month, rather than charging me nothing. I contacted T-mobile customer service, and they told me that I negated my free hulu offer by upgrading and downgrading like that, and that the offer no longer applied to my account. I’d have to upgrade to a new plan if I wanted the offer again! This was never explained to me when I set up my plan. When I go to the promotional web page where the Hulu offer is described, and I try to go through the process of activing the offer now, the page ends up saying “Sorry, you are not eligible for this offer since you already have another Hulu offer.” So is there a way to reinstate my original Hulu offer so that it works again? Thanks for your help ahead of time!410Views0likes1Commentphotos in imessages show up as heic
we have four new iPhone 15s on the same T-Mobile plan. On only one of the phones, photos that come to my son from his friends show up as HEIC files in iMessages. The only way that I can fix it is to reset the network settings. But then just a few hours to a day later, they are arriving as HEIC files again. What’s going on?77Views0likes1CommentRe: getting wifes voicemail on my phone
I think so. Try looking at the icloud section in settings. In ours, phone, FaceTime, and other things were turned on. Thus they were beingshared with the other devices that were also signed into iCloud using the same ID. Just turn those items off and it will stop sharing them across devices.45Views0likes0Commentsgetting wifes voicemail on my phone
my family just recently moved to T-Mobile, we all have the new iPhone 15 and we are all on iOS 17. We have noticed that sometimes voicemail messages meant for one person end up on another person‘s phone. For example, I got two voicemail messages that were meant for my wife on my phone this morning. How does this happen, and how do we stop it?4KViews0likes3CommentsOne bar or less in my neighborhood
Hi All, I live in Orange County, CA, where the T-mobile coverage is supposed to be excellent. However, my neighborhood is in a bit of a box canyon that is just a couple of miles from the freeway where all of the cell towers are. The hills block the signals from every carrier. We have one bar of coverage at our house, if any at all. Is there a way to convince T-Mobile to install some sort of relay or booster between the freeway and our street, so that we can get decent cellular signal strength? Thanks in advance! ps. I’m not interested in a home gateway. We already have cable-based wifi in the house, and so can make wifi calls. But it sucks to have to pay for “awesome 5g” and never get to use it at our house.Solved742Views0likes5Comments
