No signal and Can't call out
Is anyone having issues calling out......When i call someone, it doesn't ring. And if the call does go through, it will drop after a few minutes
Have you tried doing a network reset on your device from the settings menu? After doing that, shut off the device for at least 5 minutes to allow it to drop off of the network and refresh its connection. What device are you using? Is there any source of potential interference that might be impacting your experience, like being surrounded by a lot of large and dense buildings, construction, lots of trees in a rural area, etc?
