NO LTE SERVICE
Switched to TMobile yesterday from Verizon. The Ipone 11s (2) on my account are not accepting LTE service. Will not load anything unless connected to wifi. I’ve tried everything I can find online and still won’t work. Not happy with Tmobile so far;-(
Just talked to T Mobile. The phones were not restored. All has been fixed. Thank you.
- Did you reset the Network Settings on the iPhone 11?
- Is it a model A2111?
They are both having issues and all phones cannot make calls out.
but two of the 11s though or only one of them are running into issues?
We have an XR and a 12 on our plan, and it is working fine. Also have a 13 on our plan and it is working fine. It appears to just be the 11.
