no Internet service

Hello about 3 weeks ago my Internet service would drop out for minutes to hours at a time. Eventually it went out completely & now I'm on my 3rd gateway & 4th sim (4 long calls to tech support ) & haven't had service for 2 weeks. I took the gateway to work and it connected just fine so I'm assuming it's a tower issue but I can't get any info from T-Mobile. Is there anything else I can do to get this escalated up the line and get this fixed?
