No coverage to where I moved
Moved to a new home 3 months ago and we don’t have good signal at all. We have called tmobile multiple times and they said this part of the neighborhood is a dead zone. What do we do now? Without b...
Good luck with getting T-Mobile to deploy service. Many small rural towns are ‘at best’ having ‘some’ service by towers that are outside of town.
I’d recommend checking t-mobile’s coverage map at https://t-mobile.com/coverage. If it is indeed ‘No Service’ vs. showing service but none can be found (meaning fly your device in a drone ~300’ up and you’ll get service).
T-Mobile often has a low bar for ‘service’ and in many areas of ‘No Service’ list … 4G LTE/5G service.
I’d check with neighbors or other carriers in the area - I suspect that AT&T/Verizon will have better service in your case.
