no coverage on lake raystown

Looking at Cellmapper.net, the big difference between the big 3:
T-Mobile doesn’t have a tower near Mill Creek (AT&T and Verizon have one), and a tower that Verizon has on Old Hawn Road
What phone do you have? Is it currently SIM locked? There may be a relatively low cost workaround.
