New phone and number but not getting service
I added a new lin to my plan (a total of 5). My youngest daughter now has my OL Samsung A52. It has been registered and has a new sim card and a new phone number. i canot get it to conenct to the ...
It is resolved. The Sim card was pointed to the wrong number. Thank you!!!!!!
Try a different Sim in the phone to see if it's the new sim that's the issue.
