Need to report service problem in area
Currently have almost full bar signal strength but the service speed is low, not reliable, and/or not working at all at and around the following coordinates. 33.9410283, -80.9244521
We don’t have access to the complaint system here. You need to call 611 and report the problem. You should ask to speak with Tech Support regarding a service issue.
