My wife's dead father
My wife's father recently passed away. She saved "1" voicemail from him. Mind you he only added away in February of 2025. She listened to this voicemail religiously. Today she went to listen to the voicemail and it's gone... Poof! After hours on the phone with the "higher ups" at T-Mobile I was informed that after 14 days your saved voicemails are automatically deleted. My wife and I are not young and techy so apparently we missed the memo. With all the money we pay I would expect to be able to save one voicemail. Especially from my wife's dead father. Thanks. Just had to vent.
The voicemail will be deleted if it hasn't been listened to in 14 days.

I am so sorry. I do understand. This evening I unfortunately found out the voicemail I saved from my recently deceased cousin was deleted. I could have saved it to another device if I was aware it would be deleted.
