Mike Seivert's Email

Does anyone know the email address for TMobile CEO Mike Seivert ?

Need to get in touch with him about a problem that returns every 4-6 months.

  • If its an issue for ‘Executive Management’ like Mike, you can send written letter to their PO Box in Albuquerque.  If its a complaint style issue that needs resolution, hit up BBB or your local PUC/FCC.  They will contact you.

  • I’m writing because I’ve paid for service for 4 years now and I’m being charged for things I can’t use, the app, t mobile Tuesdays and massive nationwide outage  and was promised 100 credit and only got $34 of it, haven’t missed a payment and jus made a payment yday and now my phone is off? I have screenshots of promised credits and it’s not reflecting anything except a $34 credit. I’m on a fixed income and I’ve complained about this for 4 years and these agents are not doing their job considering I am a reason they have jobs. I can go to Mint Mobile for $15. For unlimited and I OWN my phone and have problem with jumping carriers

Actually, it will be public. Although, depending on the email he/she receives, it will be handled by one of his secretaries or associates. I’ve done this in the past with Sprint and got an email response and phone call for one of his assistants, after sending an email directly to the CEO.
