I have reached out to T mobile, for their A.I. to take 30 minutes to get what I was saying. I am in the same spot daily, Last week the service which still clearly states 5GUC with all bars, NO ONE CA...
your best bet is to send TMO a DM through either Facebook or Twitter..you’ll get tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support..
