Mid Michigan SERVICE
I have reached out to T mobile, for their A.I. to take 30 minutes to get what I was saying. I am in the same spot daily, Last week the service which still clearly states 5GUC with all bars, NO ONE CAN HEAR ME, or Vice versa, this service was supposedly down 1 tower and t-mobile response is other towers are being overloaded? now another week later, DOING THE SAME THING. and Several people here have the service and its the same. T-mobile= more $ monthly, and crap service

your best bet is to send TMO a DM through either Facebook or Twitter..you’ll get tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support..
