Just upgraded my phone, cannot access internet without wifi
I have been a T-Mobile customer for years. I just recently upgraded to the new iPhone 15 Pro Max from a 12 Pro Max. I cannot access the internet ANYWHERE. Spotify? Nope. Google Chrome? Nope. Facebook...
T-Mobile set up is horrible. They make it very easy for you to switch and very difficult to resolve the problems. Well, not difficult for them, just like to do things on the phone when most people don’t have the ability to stop what they’re doing for 2 hours to get it sorted.
