is the internet service near dallas and ft worth bad tofay?

I have home internet in North Richland Hills, TX. It’s between Dallas and ft worth. It’s been ok with regards to speed but today everything is so slow we can’t do anything, including just using our 5g phones. Anyone else having issues? Is there a solution?
