Internet Only - Can't view devices on network any more
I have phone service through another carrier and Home Internet through T-Mobile since February. I wanted to check what devices are on my network, which I used to be able to do through the T-Mobile Internet app. Can't do it any more. When I go to Devices, it wants to get me connected and tells me to connect my phone to T-Mobile Wi-Fi, which I can't do because my phone service isn't through T-Mobile. This wasn't an issue 2 weeks ago. Any suggestions?
It means, connect whatever device you are using the app on to the T-Mobile internet WiFi so it can pull up the list of devices connected. Connecting to WiFi doesn't care about what carrier tour phone is from.
