how to leave a good customer service review?

If you don’t pay attention to your phone bill, they’ll slowly will add a dollar, a couple of dollars until you call them out & they’ll make up some fake tax charges, blah blah then you’ll get the we are raising your bill because everyone else is but we are still the cheapest phone company. Now they’re raising the price because of inflation. I called & asked why because I had a set price with sprint & the guy gaslighted me saying,”the prices of eggs are going up”, um what does a bird flu have to do with electromagnetic radio waves?
