how to leave a good customer service review?

@HeavenM can pass the word up the chain.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I ported in through Cricket. The agent immediately tried to upsell me on three lines, which i told her after I completed school ok I'll call back.
Two days later I get a phone and three SIM cards I did not order. They've been billing me for the canceled lines since and they offered a mobile hotspot that didn't work so after months of not being able to use it, their techs unable to solve it, I HAD to change plans
Not paying for something I can't use.
They upped my phone bill.
Called them back to see why, they upped it again!!
$111 dollars for one freaking line. My bill was $66 at the start of and that free phone for Porting in?? Yea, that's a lie. They charge me EVERY month for this free device and anytime you need help for their services rendered that do not work you will billed and screwed over
Take any company but this I'll be putting out monday
