Home Internet Reliability

I’m not sure what is going on but the reliability of the home internet is shot as in not worth paying $50 a month. I live a block down from the nearest T-Mobile tower and the speeds for download are unacceptable. Fix it please I beg you. I need a fast reliable network for my job and this I believed to be the solution but it’s not working as expected at this time

    You’ll need to reach out to T-Mobile itself (recommend dialing CS and asking to Home Internet support)

    I’ve found it fairly reliable, but not as ‘good’ as Cable for consistency.  T-Mobile drops service down to B66+ n71 5G overnight which gives ~170Mbps/70Mbps, when I reboot in the morning, it goes back to ~+400Mbps/25Mbps on B2/n41 (or better if I open my window to ~450-500Mbps/50Mbps.

    For $25/month, I’ll keep it.
