Help! How can I connect with tm chat?
Can I chat with someone on line? Our phones aren’t working. Says they are not connected to network? I upgraded our phones last night but we don’t have the new phones yet!!!
Scroll down from this post a click on the contact us tab and wait a few seconds and if available this screen will pop up.
you can try the TMO app or you can contact them through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter..just make sure to contact them through private message and not on their main page.
