Dishonest

When I initially moved my service to T-Mobile, they gave me a gift card to pay off my phone with Verizon.  Along with that, they said a new phone upgrade was included.  The Verizon phone was paid off; however, due to a death in the family, it was a few months until I got around to upgrading my phone.  Now they are refusing the upgrade, saying that offer is no longer available.  I tried to point out that it was the offer at the time I switched my service, but they flatly refuse to honor it.  Just shows that cheaper isn't always the best.  Will go back to Verizon and drop these guys.  I might not agree with all of Verizon's policies, but they've never been dishonest.
