I’d like to commend Gracie (Sales Rep # ****646) in the 1636 Coney Island Ave store for the help she gave us during our in-store visit on March 20, 2024. After having some frustrating interactions with customer service reps on the phone, I didn’t expect much, but Gracie was patient and friendly and went out of her way to provide the best service possible.
