It’s Dec 2022, and the coverage it’s really bad.  We live in the golden gate area, and we need to drive 5 minutes to get a decent connection.

T-Mobile needs to address all the dead spots it has in the Naples area.   I’m about to cancel my subscription….since they have done nothing in the last few years to improve service.

I agree, it is quite bad. I have to buy Verizon service for work because I need reliability.   Tmobile rocks but their service in Naples is horrible.

I must say what a couple days can make my service is back as good as ever no complaints everything is ago😎😎

  • Roaming being turned off normally does not affect domestic roaming; just international.

A new iPhone will probably not fix a coverage issue. iPhones have had band-12 since the 6s came out and band-71 since the iPhone X. (Altho, I’m told that 5G has somewhat better range than 5G.) T-Mobile has a 700 MHz (band-12) license covering all of Florida.

What will fix the problem is T-Mobile sorting out the merger of Sprint’s spectrum assets with theirs.

I’ve been with T-Mobile for over 5 years in the last month it has gotten terrible my roaming is off i’m getting a new iPhone 12 and if this doesn’t corrected the problem this will be my last month with T-Mobile

  • SW Fla was a problem area for T-Mobile for many years. The addition of low-band (bands 12 & 71) resolved most complaints down that way. The only thing I would suspect is that your phone is roaming onto Sprint’s network during the transition.
