Can't make or receive calls in foreign country

I have a Galaxy S20+, all updates completed. I have traveled with this phone before with no problems. I'm from the USA. Now I'm traveling in Iceland and can't make or receive calls. I CAN make and receive texts and use internet. The only thing different this time is I used the T-Mo/Go-Go inflight on Delta on the way here. My husband's Galaxy S7 (on the same account) is working fine. He did not use the internet inflight.

At first I would get "Conditional call forwarding", I used ##21# and that stopped. Now it says there are connection problems. My phone's mobile connection shows the same local provider as my husband's phone that works fine and I again I can text and use web fine so I must have a connection.

  • We’e in Mexico and are not able to make calls to local numbers here in Mexico.

Our Magenta+ Plan indicated on the T-Mobile website that we had Unlimited Call and Text.

How can I gain access to this service?

I do have Roaming enabled on my Galaxy S10+.

    Thanks.

Have you tried giving Customer Care a call to verify that your SIM is allowed to roam?

Yes, roaming is enabled and I have a 5 bar signal in town. My husband's S7 does NOT have roaming enabled and works fine calling wise. I've tried it both ways.

Do you have roaming enabled under Network Settings?
