5g home internet svc in TX zip 79546
Occasional slow-downs & brief outages last few days. A longer outage this morning. Was that indicative of repair, or same problem getting worse? TIA
If you have a white G4AR device, welcome to software update 1.00.12. G4SE has had a similar issue starting in October with a bad patch. I just exchanged my gateway again (4th device in 1 month - 1 was DOA)
Vpn traffic appearsnto be capped at around 5Mbps, causing a lot of issues for me. Inow have a 1.00.09 patch, which will probably need another swap before January
