Price Lock
On the Magenta 55+ it says taxes and fees are included in the price $70 (with auto pay) and is locked in for life. I just got a text saying my price is going up $5/month per phone. What happened to ...

I have had their service for over a decade in good standing and locked in price guarantee. I spoke with customer service and she is comparing how much I would pay now. That’s the whole point I was loyal to T-mobile despite some disruptions in service.
You can file a complaint with the FCC and your state's attorney general. Honestly it does nothing. Go elsewhere and don't give them another dime.
