Was I misled?

Has anyone been “misled” by a salesperson about a promotion? I was told that my iphone 15pros would be “free” after I traded in my phones (and yes, I correctly described my phones) and I was also told that my base plan would be $100/month plus my add ons (after the 1phone pros were FREE!
