unable to send or receive Comcast emails on my T-Mobile Apple 14
i am using the Apple Iphone 14 which I received from T-Mobile
until recently I could send and receive xfinity/comcast emails on my phone… now I can not.
I have contacted Apple and they ran a diagnostic analysis on the hardware/software all is good
I can’t get to first base with Comcast…
can you help me?

As of September 22, I could send texts from my TMobile phone (Samsung) to my Comcast e-mail. As of September 30, the texts go through but the content is gone. I can’t find any settings on either my phone or my Comcast account that I can change to fix this.
Are you using the app or website for the Comcast email?
I have a Pixel 6 that I use the wedsite to access my Comcast email with no issue.
