Please cancel the PROTECTION PLAN (240) 476-****Protection 360 Tier 5 TE $18.00 immediately I don’t want it on either phone.   Thank you, Julian & Yvonne

    This is basically a user to user forum so you're going to need to contact Tmobile support to remove.

I'm having difficulty also canceling our protection.  Speaking to a bot or AI doesn't help because they are not giving good enough instructions.
