new equipment

Has anyone else had the worst nightmare imaginable trying to purchase equipment from T-Mobile? Last Friday I started at 12:36PM. It took 4 different T-Mobile stores, 3 different phone reps and I still feel like I got duped! I finally had a phone at 9:36PM that night. RIDICULOUS
