Equipment payoff
I have a One Plus 8t on jump on demand that i wanna pay off. I followed the steps to try to pay off my device early but there is no option on the website to make a payment. It just shows me what i owe. I tried both the app and the web browser. I really didn’t wanna pay a fee with an operator over the phone. Can someone give me some clarity on this?
Which JOD are you on? Looks like now it's an 18 month lease with option to purchase phone.

yeah. above steps don’t work. maybe works for certain type of accounts? for such a big company, their website is really inefficient and below industry standards for 2023. paying off phone lines should really NOT be this complicated. step it up T-Mobile. We have faith in you 😀
Same here but recently going to the EIPJOD page redirects back to the account dashboard.
That's how I paid off the last 3 months of our phone last year.
That doesn’t work. The website goes back to the main screen when trying to go to the EIP payment page. Same thing happens on the app.
Try these steps:
- Log into your MyT-Mobile account.
- Click Bill & pay.
- Click More payment options
- Select Equipment Installment Plans & JUMP! on Demand.
