Landline call to T-mobile cellphone shows up as coming from Poland instead of Pennsylvania

When anyone within my household calls from my RCN Landline to my Cellphone (Apple 12 mini with current OS 16...)  the landline number shows up a +48 4…… in format for Poland, rather than 1(484)…..  for Pennsylvania.      This once 4/6, so I blocked the number, and then all incoming calls from my home landline went directly to voice mail.  I unblocked the +48 4….. number, and I get my calls but it shows up as coming from Poland.  It happens every time now as of 10:00am 4/12/23.      I have done a complete hard reset/factory reset.  I have deleted my home number from contacts and favorites, and re-entered.  No effect. still happens.    I have called other cellphones from other carriers ( Verizon and consumer Cellular) and my caller id shows up correctly.  I have reset/cycled  my RCN modem for whole house.  No fixed.   Help.
