Issue: sim card unlock
iPhone XR sim card cannot be unlocked. I cannot find any cause. I need help.
it doesnt show which carrier it is locked to? did you purchase it from TMO? was it used on TMO and for how long? did you read through the thread walking you through what steps are needed in order to get a device unlocked?
