If my iPhone 12 Pro Max is broken can I still use it to upgrade to the iPhone 13 pro?
Broken in what way? If it has a cracked screen. Definitely not. If it doesn’t turn on. Definitely not. When going through the upgrade steps, it will ask you questions about the devices condition and then tell you if the device can be used as a trade-in for an upgrade.
