insurance

I have 360 and t mobile doesn’t want to send me a replacement phone

    would probably help to know the reasoning behind them not wanting to send you a replacement. they dont just say no...there would be a reason behind why theyre saying no.

    This is basically a user to user forum with some Tmobile moderation so no one here will know why the insurance will cover the phone and send a new one.
