How to remove a device from my account
I want to remove a device from my account but can't find a way to remove it on the website. Do I have to do this over the phone?
In what way? Is it a device you purchased on a payment plan? Is it a device someone on ypur account is using? Customer Care is always a good resource for things you might not be able to do in your my.t-mobile.com account.
