Account Displaying the Wrong Device
I recently upgraded my device and the device displayed on my T-Mobile account is showing the wrong device. It’s not the old one, it’s a new model that is not mine. I reached out to customer service a few times and they do not know why. My new phone works fine. Anyone else have this issue and know a fix for it?
Did you buy it from Tmobile? If not it won't display the correct phone. My Pixel that I bought from Google has a different phone when I go to my account.
