Finish Verizon setup

Getting repeated nags in my iPhone setting’s asking me to finish setting up my Verizon esims. I’ve never used Verizon. A few weeks ago, customer service told me this was known issue and their tech support was working on it. 
 

I'm wondering if anyone has figured out how to make this stop.
