Fed up with Political Spam texts
I receive anywhere from 5 to 25 political texts every day primarily asking for money. It has to end. I report them all as spam but each is from a different number and there is no shortage. Any tho...
I just keep blocking the. They will eventually run out of numbers to use. You can also sign up for the National Do Not Call List. It will take a few months for it to start working but it made a massive difference for me after a year of signing up for it.
This won’t stop them, but it makes it easier to ignore them/bulk delete them (iPhone):
Settings>Messages>Message Filtering: Filter Unknown Senders - ON
Let them accumulate in the Unknown Senders section of Messages. Occasionally check Unknown Senders. You can Delete All by tapping the three dots in a circle at the top, then Select Messages, then Select All (top left), then Delete (bottom right).
