Error 505: There was an issue completing your order

There was an issue completing my order of a prepaid esim plan. Error 505.

However, even the 505 error is related to the failure of the payment my credit was charged.

I have contacted T-Mobile support team and they told me that the purchase failed.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Did the transaction cancel and money were refunded?
