Sprint doesn’t exist anymore and hasn’t for a couple of years now. Recently, South American carriers have started to honor the blacklists of North American carriers to help cut down on the mass theft and resale of devices in other markets. There is nothing T-Mobile USA can do to remove the blacklist.
You can’t be the original purchaser. You stated you purchased the device in Uruguay. This forum is for T-Mobile USA. T-Mobile USA does not offer service or sell devices outside of the United States.
