Cant text non Iphone users
Every time i text a non Iphone user i receive the message “Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active”. i’m also unable to receive texts. What’s the issue and how do i fix it?
Look for Message Blocking in your my.T-Mobile.com account and see if you can turn it off. If not. You will need to reach out to Customer Care at 611 from your T-Mobile line or by sending a DM to T-Mobile on either Facebook or Twitter.
