App Error - Device Support Section
For some odd reason, the T-Mobile app and website NEVER lets me go to the Device Support section. In the past, the link would never work but today it gave me this error report
I understand what a server error is but I’ve been with T-Mobile for almost 6 months this never has worked. Does anyone have any advice or input?
My APP on my iPhone 15 Pro is not functioning for months.
Every time I call TMobile someone tells me that they are doing maintenance.
™ is lying on this, indeed. Without APP there is NO chat service and when oversea it means LONG phone call (no enough personnel especially over the weekend.
I am very disappointed with T-Mobile for this lack of caring and I am considering to disconnect the service
Yep I can’t get their apps to work for me other than this part of it!!
