Why is my military status not verified?
Why do I have to reverify my military status and why is my DD214 being rejected? There is no excuse for this.
did you submit through the app or online? either way make sure all the information is legible and matches all of your current information. just had mine verified with no issues
you will need to contact TMO either through call in or through Facebook/Twitter..the later two land you with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 support agents.
