Hey there! Making sure that the battery lasts all day is super important and having it go to sleep when not in use is a big part of reserving the battery. Our support site has a simulator that walks through the brightness and screen timeout settings on the S10.

    Adjust brightness/timeout | Settings | Galaxy S10 | T-Mobile Support

There are also many other settings that the simulator can walk you through like autolock and battery life saving mode.

    Hope this helps!

You could always create a back up of everything you want on a PC or Mac.  Just don't use Smartswitch because it will more than likely restore the issue.

I don't want to lose Anything on my phone.. I already have deleted multiple apps.

Have you tried a factory reset if all of the settings to turn off the device screen are set correctly?
