Cannot find where to print return label for trade in phone, website not working
I have three Samsung phones to return for trade-in on an upgrade promotion, but cannot get into the website to print return shipping labels and the T-Mobile store said they couldn’t take them for us....
For met I see the link for print label but that link doesn’t work.
connected with live agent they said they will email in an hour but no email even after 2 days
