New Galaxy S21 5G won't update.
We purchased our Galaxy S21 5G phones on 12/28/21 and the phones are still on Android 11 with the security patch Oct 1 2021.
Both phones show that they’re up to date.
Why won’t they update?
@jburt3625 if it’s still saying it’s up to date when you’re checking through the mobile network or WiF, try using the steps to update from a computer with Samsung Smart Switch.
