My Galaxy S23 won't send or receive calls
My Samsung S23 just quit sending or receiving calls, but texts work ok. When I try to make a call, the phone heats up considerably. When I dial a number, the line is just dead, or when someone tries to call me, when I answer, the line is dead. I have strong signal (4 bars).
I solved the problem myself. I had my bluetooth headphones connected and failed to turn them off after I was using them. They were still connected when I tried to make calls. Since I didn't have them on me, I didn't snap to the possibility. I retraced my call activity, and realized that I had not turned the headphones off.
