Is my Android asian phone blacklisted?

The phones have been working for years until Monday. The Note 6s was originally purchased back in 2018, and the Note 7 was purchased in 2019 from a different shop.
*update, the Note 7 is working again with LTE data, but it took over ½ a day to register it back on the mobile network. I’m wary to swap the SIM card again as it’s probably gonna lose data service again.
