We received our SIM cards today and I put the SIM card into my phone and the phone’s software showed a new SIM card, but doesn’t acknowledge the new phone number or any text message from T-Mobile. Ho...
If you are using a new SIM to replace an old SIM. You will need to either contact Customer Care at 611 or reach out to T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter to have your old SIM switched to your new SIM. If the old SIM is the same size as the new one and isn’t more than a couple of years old. You can also just use the old SIM in your new device.
