Help please

Please Help. SO i woke up the other night and my phone was dead i went to charge it and it turned on just fine than it started staying stuck on metro by tmobile meaning the screen.. Also just blinking… i tried everything. Also the battery does not come out…

    Try holding the power button and the volume down button. If that doesn't work hold power button and volume up.

    That's usually the way to reboot an LG phone.

    What model phone is it?  LG is known for such issues, which is why they are now out of production.
